Marine-data and map attributions
Yachtara uses data and services from several sources. Attributions shown in the product must remain visible and must not be removed.
Copernicus Marine Service
Generated using E.U. Copernicus Marine Service Information. Contains modified Copernicus Marine data. Neither the European Commission nor the entities implementing the Copernicus programme are responsible for the use that Yachtara makes of the information.
NOAA
Certain atmospheric, wave or radar information is derived from products of the United States National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA). NOAA does not endorse Yachtara and is not responsible for Yachtara's presentation or use of the data.
ECMWF
Certain forecast information may be derived from ECMWF open data and must carry the attribution required by the applicable ECMWF licence.
EUMETNET OPERA
European radar information may include EUMETNET OPERA material supplied under the applicable licence, including CC BY 4.0 where stated for the relevant product. Required source and licence attributions must be displayed with the layer.
OpenStreetMap
Map data: © OpenStreetMap contributors, available under the Open Database Licence. The public OpenStreetMap tile service is operationally distinct from the underlying open map data.
Esri
Where Esri / ArcGIS Online basemaps or imagery are displayed, the application must show the attribution required for the relevant Esri service and underlying data providers. Use is subject to the applicable Esri licence.
Natural Earth
Coastline or geographical reference data may be derived from Natural Earth public-domain material.
Attribution does not mean that any provider sponsors, certifies or endorses Yachtara.
Content and links
General website information is provided to explain Yachtara and is not professional, navigational, legal or technical advice. Product availability and plan descriptions must be read together with the current checkout information and Terms of Service.
External links are provided for convenience. Yachtara does not control and is not responsible for independent websites. A link does not imply endorsement.
Marine-safety notice
Yachtara is a supplementary planning and organisation aid, not a certified navigation, collision-avoidance or distress system. Users must follow the Navigation and Safety Notice and use official sources, appropriate equipment and competent seamanship.
Reporting illegal or infringing content
Illegal, rights-infringing or dangerous community content can be reported through the in-app reporting function or to support@yachtara.com. Include the exact content or URL, the reason for the report and enough information for Yachtara to assess it. Intellectual-property reports should identify the protected work, the allegedly infringing material and the reporting person's authority.
